Your insurance company may pay for services and procedures performed by Southwest Dermatology physicians under certain circumstances. Each insurance plan is different and we encourage you to reads yours carefully. If you are not sure whether your plan is participating, please check with your insurance carrier prior to your appointment.

Southwest Dermatology's information is always subject to final determination of coverage by your insurance plan. If your insurance is not on our list of participating plans, you may be responsible for services not covered by your insurance.
